Application form

In order to get an application form please email us at rds-sw@plymouth.ac.uk specifying your full name and organisation. We will then email you an application form. It is important that prospective applicants request a form from this source in order that we can keep a record of those interested in applying to attend the Retreat.

Before completing the application form, please consult the assessment criteria. Once you have completed the application form, you need to email it to rds-sw@plymouth.ac.uk

The deadline for submission of applications is 1pm Wednesday 20th April 2022.

Please also ensure that you complete Section D (Declarations and Signatures) of the application form, and return it by email to rds-sw@plymouth.ac.uk by 1.00pm Wednesday 4th May 2022.
